Welcome to Aalpha Solution. By accessing our website (https://www.aalpha.in) or hiring our engineering team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Project Engagements & Scopes

We provide custom software development, database integration, and AI automation services. Every project requires a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines requirements, timelines, and deliverables. We do not write code without a mutually agreed SOW.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer

Upon final payment and project completion, Aalpha Solution transfers 100% of the custom source code, assets, and database intellectual property rights to your company. We do not claim ongoing license fees or vendor lock-in terms.

3. Payment & Billing Milestones

Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Typically, we work on a milestone-based billing system. All invoice payments are subject to standard GST calculations in compliance with tax guidelines in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

4. Limitation of Liability

Aalpha Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business data or operational delays. Our complete liability is limited to the fees paid under the active project contract.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
